We are recruiting on behalf of our GTA client for a Level 1 Helpdesk Analyst to provide technical support to users located both in the head office and in remote locations in Canada.

Overview

This position will be part of a Help Desk team providing support to users for any issues they have, including setup, adds/moves/changes, application support, network access and other issues as required. Support will be provided for desktop/laptop/mobile and timely and effective response to service tickets will be key success factors.

Some shift work as well as rotating coverage for evenings and weekends will be required.

Key Skills/Qualifications
  • Experience working in a technical help desk environment
  • Experience supporting Desktop/Laptop/Mobile users
  • Knowledge of Windows networking environment (Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, etc)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills (phone and in person)
  • Excellent written communication skills
