On behalf of our client, a rapidly growing Toronto-based global startup company in the Fintech industry, we are recruiting for an Implementation Lead to deliver on client engagements with major retail, transportation and payment clients.

Our client is a well-funded, established Stage 3/4 company with major international clients and a funnel of new clients that requires an Implementation Lead to handle integration of their technology and business process in a rapid deployment environment.

The Implementation Lead will be the person on the ground ensuring Customer success and managing day-to-day functions for the product implementation including both technical and operational facets. Key functions will include:
  • Working with the client business/technical resources to ensure a well-documented delivery plan
  • Liaising with internal technical team to provide guidance on client requirements - e.g. for development of API's and other integrations
  • Ensuring a clear understanding of SLA's
  • Documenting the solution, ensuring training/support is provided for client success
  • Providing ongoing support to the client, looking for opportunities to improve client success and for incremental business
Required Skills:
  • 5+ years in a client facing implementation (post sales) role
  • Degree or relevant experience in Computer Science/Technology
  • Ideally, experience in the Payments/Fintech industry
  • Exceptional Customer Service and Communication Skills (verbal/written)
